Customer Services: 0300 500 6262 - call between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday with general enquiries. To report normal or emergency repairs, you can call this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our technical services advisors deal with repairs calls from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. At any other time, for non-urgent repairs you will be able to leave a message outlining your problem. For emergencies you will get through to our emergency repairs service.
