Pay your rent
You can pay your rent using one of the following methods:
- Direct debit
- Standing order
- Online payments by debit card
- Swipecard at a bank or post office
- Payzone outlets
- Cheque
Direct Debit is a simple and convenient method of payment that allows you to pay your rent directly from your bank or building society account. Payments are deducted from your bank or building society account on a set date each month. This method guarantees that your account is always up to date, your payment reaches your account straightaway and it is cheaper for us to administer.
Customer notice:
If you are a tenant or shared owner who currently pays by monthly Direct Debit, you now have a choice of which date your Direct Debit is collected. You can choose from the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of the month. If you would like to change your Direct Debit, please contact Customer Services on 0300 500 6262 for a new mandate or click on the link to a PDF version of the mandate form below, which can be printed off and completed. Please return by post to: Aldwyck Housing Group, Finance Department, Freepost ANG7714, Dunstable, LU5 5BR.

You can ask your bank to set up a standing order or bankers' order to us so that payments can be deducted from your account on any day of the month. Payments by standing order can be set up for weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments on a date to suit you. If your rent or service charge changes, you will need to let your bank or building society know what your new payment will be.
You can pay your rent or service charges online using Alliance and Leicester's 'BillPay' system and one of the following debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Solo or Maestro.This service is available 24 hours a day.
How to Register
Before you can make a payment you will have to register your details online using the following link - BillPay Online Registration.
You will need your Aldwyck Swipecard with you when you register, as you will be asked for the 19-digit number on the front of the card. This number will be your payment reference when you use the online payment service.
If you do not have a Swipecard then you should email info@aldwyck.co.uk or call 0300 500 6262 to request one.
How to make a payment
When you have registered you will be able to log in and make a payment using the following link - BillPay Online Payment
Please allow three working days for your payment to show on your rent account.
Help
Online help is available if you have any problems using the BillPay website. If you are still have problems using the service you should e-mail info@aldwyck.co.uk or call 0300 500 6262.
Payment security
BillPay uses advanced encryption technology to make sure that your personal and banking details are kept secure and confidential.
Please note: You can also use a debit card to pay by telephone between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday by calling Customer Services on 0300 500 6262. You will need your debit card and your Aldwyck Swipecard to hand when you call.
Swipecard at a bank or post office
Cash or cheque payments can be made at any branch of Barclays Bank and any post office. Please take your Aldwyck Swipecard with you. Cheques paid through the post office should be made payable to 'Post Office Limited' and those paid at a bank should be made out to 'Aldwyck Housing Association Limited'.
At any retailer displaying the Payzone sign - there are over 1,100 Payzone outlets in the UK and you can pay your rent and service charges at any of them. Many supermarkets, petrol stations and large and small shops offer this service and many of them are open seven days a week and in the evenings. Cash payments can be made at all Payzone outlets; cheques can be used at the discretion of the retailer.

Normally, Housing Management staff will not accept cash payments during home visits for security reasons.
