Events

Hatfield's Annual Environment Day  will be held on September 4 from 10am - 3pm in White Lion Square. 

There will be a wide of stands including:

  • Environment stands where you can learn how to save energy, reduce your carbon footprint and save money.
  • Heritage stands where you can learn about the history of Hatfield and the borough, and
  • Learn how to 'Love food and hate waste'.

Come down with the family and also visit the farmers market. Free for all the family including face paiting and balloon modelling!

Making Memories

FREE Multi Activity Mornings in Waltham Cross  for the over 45's

Feeling like you need a little gentle excercise, meet new people, and you live in Broxbourne, then Grundy Park Leisure Centre is the place to go!

The free activities include table tennis, badminton, new age kurling, short mat bowls and boccia  on Thursday mornings between 10.00 and 12.00

We have been doing some research ( trying them for ourselves!) and can highly reccommend the Lee Valley Regional Park

For small children (and their parents) theres' lots of farm animals  and things to do. We highly reccommend this one, especially as entrance prices have recently been reduced.
