Repairs Manual

The Repairs Manual is to be used in conjuction with section seven of the Tenants Handbook when reporting a repair. The purpose of the booklet is to make it easy for you to identify where a repair is needed in your home, when you call our Technical Services Team to report a repair you can refer to the diagrams and page numbers.
