Face Forward rolls on

Face Forward, the title for the group repositioning which sees the creation of two new housing associations Aldwyck East and Aldwyck West, continues apace in the new year as we count down to the ‘go-live’ deadline of April 1.

The two new associations will be responsible for managing our stock and providing frontline services to customers, providing a more localised service in line with the agenda of the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

Having received outline approval from the TSA in October we are currently putting into place the necessary legal changes with our lawyers. A project team, led by interim Finance Director Zafar Raja, has devised a timeline to ensure the transformation takes place smoothly.

New identities have been created with new logos for Aldwyck East and Aldwyck West, as seen above, and we will begin the process of switching over our technical systems in February.
